Return of goods:

You may only return products in accordance with Ubiquiti Store’s standard Return Policy in effect on the date of the return. Suppose you fail to follow Ubiquiti Store’s Return Policy. In that case, Ubiquiti Store Kenya is not responsible for any returned product that is lost, damaged, modified, or otherwise processed for disposal or resale.

You must contact Ubiquiti Store Kenya before attempting to return a product in order to obtain a Return Material Authorization (“RMA”) number to include with the return. Ubiquiti Store Kenya shall not be required to accept any return without an authorized RMA number.

Ubiquiti Store has approved the return by providing an RMA number. You must return the product in its original or equivalent packaging. You are responsible for all risks of loss and shipping and handling fees for returned products.

Ubiquiti Store may, in its sole discretion, charge additional restocking fees and/or issue credit for partial returns less than invoice or individual component prices due to bundled or promotional pricing.

If you are entitled to return a cabinet, rack, or other oversized product (“Oversized Product”) under Ubiquiti Store’s Return Policy, you must contact Ubiquiti Stored to arrange for the Oversized Product to be picked up by a carrier selected by Ubiquiti Store.

Ubiquiti Store shall only accept returns of Oversized Products that such Ubiquiti Store selected carrier certifies as not being damaged. In the event that you return an Oversized Product that is found by Ubiquiti Store to be damaged, you shall pay Ubiquiti Store a restocking fee equal to fifty percent (50%) of the purchase price of such Oversized Product.
